Welcome to the Excel Club

The AFE Excel Club was created in reponse to employer feedback highlighting that strong Excel skills are among the most sought-after skills in Accounting, Finance and Economics graduates, and that means more than just using the AUTOSUM function.

Our club's objective is to help accounting, finance and economics students studying in Middlesex University develop confidence and proficiency in Excel, exploring some of its most useful (and exciting features).

Wondering how proficient you are at using Excel?

Complete the free Rate my Excel test: https://app.ratemyexcel.com/excel-skills-test-free

Click on "What's my score" to self-assess.

How do I engage with the Excel Club activities?

You should have received a welcome email from Shan Wang, inviting you to complete and submit an Excel activity workbook.

Complete as many activities as you can (guidance video link is provided within the workbook), and submit your completed work to MES page: Excel Club - Submission Boxes: https://mdx.mrooms.net/mod/assign/view.php?id=3478034.

That's it! You are a member of the Excel Club.
